Welcome to Skúte. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Subscription Terms
Skúte offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) and a one-time Lifetime purchase.
Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple Account Settings.
Prices are listed in the app and may change with without notice.
Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal.
2. Use of the App
Skúte is provided “as is” for your personal, non-commercial use.
You are responsible for keeping your downloaded map tiles and data safe.
We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or that all map data will always be accurate.
3. Safety & Law
Please use the app responsibly and always prioritize safety and obey all local traffic laws and regulations.
4. User Content
Any routes or data you create are stored only on your device. You are responsible for any content you create or share.
5. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skúte and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Your Country in which the app is being used.
