TakeCare is a calm medication companion for iPhone. It helps you remember what to take, when to take it, and how many tablets you have left — without ever pretending to decide a dose for you.
Add a medicine once, with its strength, instructions, times and an optional end date. Each day you confirm taken, snooze a reminder, or skip. TakeCare records what you tell it, keeps a history you can look back on, and can warn you before you run out.
What the app does
TakeCare keeps your medicines in one place. Each one has a name, strength, instructions such as “with food”, colour, schedule and reminder times. You can set a start date, an optional end date, and track how many tablets are left so you know when a refill is coming.
When a reminder fires, you confirm taken, snooze for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or tonight, or skip. The app is explicit about its role: it records what you tell it. It does not decide whether you should take a dose.
