1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using Astria ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Astria is a personal astrology companion. It provides natal charts, daily energy readings, planetary positions, transits, solar returns and related interpretations for reflection and entertainment.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that any birth details or other information you enter into the App are accurate. Chart houses, rising signs and some reports depend on a correct birth time and location.
3. Entertainment and Guidance Only
All charts, scores, messages, transits and reports in the App are for personal reflection, entertainment and general guidance only.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, professional or scientific advice. Astrology is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
You should not make important decisions solely on the basis of information shown in the App.
Astria does not guarantee that any reading, transit, score or report will be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.
4. Birth Data and Charts
To generate a natal chart and personalised readings, the App uses information you provide, such as your name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth.
If a birth time is estimated, house placements and related interpretations are approximate. The App may note this where relevant.
You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you share or store any charts or reports created with the App.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, software, text, charts, features and other content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the App for personal and lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce, sell or commercially exploit the App or any part of it unless expressly permitted by law or with the developer's written permission.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer optional paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
Where subscriptions are offered, they may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription management procedures.
The price, duration and terms of any subscription or purchase will be presented to you before you complete the transaction.
7. Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or version of an operating system.

The App may use third-party services to provide certain functionality, including location lookup for birth places, payment processing, analytics, diagnostics or other services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App, its charts or its interpretations will be accurate, complete, reliable, suitable for a particular purpose or free from errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from or relating to your use of the App or reliance on charts, readings, scores or other information provided by the App.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
11. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the App and for any decisions you make after reading its content.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice where a matter requires specialist knowledge, including health, money, relationships or the law.
